Our most satisfying project to date. A former retail shop with no signs of trading in the future. We made our own successful planning application to convert into a one bedroom residential dwelling. It is amazing what can be achieved in such a small compact area with a little thought. This was also a project that is to appear on the show “Homes under the Hammer” We completed a full renovation including new plasterboard walls, decoration, flooring, upgraded electrics, new kitchen, toilet room & shower suite. The outside consisted of an old out building full of debris & vegetation. We cleared this to provide a small courtyard garden.
